I.O.U.FAVORS offers you an unique, creative, and customized high quality items at an amazing price. Not only are you getting an amazing price, but also a passionate piece of art made with love. You will save much needed time creating your own amazing work! Imagine having more TIME to focus on YOU. You DO IT ALL ALREADY, so why not use that time for YOU. It takes less than 5 minutes to place an order compared to what it would take you to find DIY’s on YouTube and attempt to get it right the first time around. That’s why I’m here to help. I want to take stress load off of you, so you can put your full attention towards things on your agenda.

All orders are personalized, so please allow 48 to 72 hours for items to be created and sent out. Specifying date is really important, so items can be to you a week before you need items. Standard orders must be placed on or before 11:59 pm (est) to start processing on the next day. Expedited orders must be placed by 12 noon to start processing the same day.

PLEASE NOTE IF YOU NEED YOUR ORDER RIGHT AWAY SPECIFY DATE AND ADD RUSH ORDER TO YOUR CART. RUSH ORDER ALLOWS ME TO RUSH YOUR ORDER TO THE TOP OF ALL ORDERS AND GET IT OUT TO YOU FOR THE DATE YOU NEED IT.

Shipping

At this time we do not currently ship internationally. At this time only within the United States.

Once you place you order and specify the date you need your items by, the items will ship a week before you need them. This ensures that you will have item(s) on time. Once item(s) are shipped you will be notified via email with a tracking number.

All orders process and ship Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays within the United States. If orders are placed after cut-off time, it will be processed the following day:

Packages will not be shipped on the weekends or on the following U.S. holidays:

  • New Year’s Day

  • Memorial Day

  • 4th of July

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving

  • Christmas

Here at IOUFAVORS we strive for perfection. In the event you are not completely satisfied with an item for any reason please understand items are personalized as per your request, so there is ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

However, it does happen that couriers damage the box which results to the damaging the item(s)—In this case EMAIL ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I will try my best to work with you, but if I cannot by any reason you have to file a CLAIM WITH courier selected at check out. If a return is honored you will receive an email confirmation. Please note it will take up to two weeks in the U.S to be sent to you.
